what this site collects

Nothing about you, directly. There are no accounts, sign-ups or newsletters. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or tracking cookies.

email

If you do email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, company, project details and any attachments. We use it to reply, to discuss and run the project, and to keep normal business records. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

what stays on your device

Nothing. The site doesn't save anything in your browser: no cookies and no local storage.

services that help run the site

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's use of that data is covered by Google's own privacy policy. The company that hosts the site processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

people pictured on this site

The faces on this site are real people. If you appear in an image and want it removed, credited differently or corrected, email us and we'll act on it promptly.

your rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, and the EU and UK under the GDPR, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it's used. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them through it.

our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites.

what we've done

• Everything you can do with a mouse also works with a keyboard: opening projects and moving through them with the arrow keys. Esc closes the project viewer.
• Keyboard focus is always visible, and a "skip to content" link is available as the first stop on every page.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off, the landing video doesn't play on its own, and the custom cursor is replaced by your normal pointer.
• The landing reel is muted by default, with buttons to pause it and to skip to the next clip.
• Photographs have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text meets AA contrast requirements against its background.
• Each page has its own title and a clear heading structure.
• Previews that appear on hover are also reachable by clicking or tapping.

known limitations

• The landing video is decorative and carries no essential information, so it has no captions or audio description.
• Some covers and campaign images contain the original publication's own text, which isn't fully transcribed.
• On desktop, a viewfinder-style cursor replaces your system pointer. It turns off automatically when reduced motion or high contrast mode is on.

how we checked

The site was reviewed with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) on every page at desktop and phone sizes, along with manual keyboard testing.
